Clients & Customers
What data Cameron Whetstone collects and where it’s kept:
If you engaged in 1:1 services Cameron Whetstone collected your name, email address, phone number and questions relevant to the conducting of the session. This data is held within Acuity Scheduling.
If you purchase an online course or product, Cameron Whetstone collects your name, email address, and IP address. This data is held within Paypal, Stripe, Squarespace and/or Acuity Scheduling. The privacy policy of third-party companies applies to their collection, use and disclosure of your information.
The purpose for this information:
This basic personal data is needed in order to contact you regarding your product or service, and to monitor your progress.
You will not be added to any other marketing lists unless you have opted in to those yourself. If you are also an email subscriber, please see the Email Subscriber section below to see how your data is used in that context.

Email Subscribers
What data Cameron Whetstone collects and where it’s kept:
We collect your name and email address when you opt in to the email list. This data is held in Squarespace.
The purpose for this information:
I, Cameron, use this information to stay connected with you through my business, including to inform you about new resources, services, products, and offerings.
How long information is kept:
Your information will be kept until you unsubscribe or notify us otherwise subject to a Cameron Whetstone legitimate legal interest.
Site Users
What data Cameron Whetstone collects and where it’s kept:
Cameron Whetstone may collect your IP address and information regarding your location and pages accessed. This data is collected and stored in Squarespace
The purpose for this information:
This data allows Cameron Whetstone to analyze web traffic. This analysis is about general trends rather than you as an individual, and your IP address is encoded and not visible to us.
How long information is kept:
Your information will be kept until you notify me otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact me if you would like your data to be destroyed subject to a Cameron Whetstone legitimate legal interest.
Social Networks
If you use any features made available to you on our Site by a third party (i.e, Instagram) it may result in information being collected or shared between us and the third party.
Other Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your Personal Data with companies that perform services for us, such as fulfilling orders, sending postal mail and e-mails, analyzing customer data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, investigating fraudulent activity, and providing customer service. If you do not want us to share your information for marketing purposes, simply contact us by email cameron@cameronwhetstone.com and we will manually process your order for you, however, we may still send you service and transaction related communications.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, Cameron Whetstone may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.
Alternatively, Cameron Whetstone may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
Cameron Whetstone, “ Tarot for Expansion” try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take me longer than a month if your request is particularly complex, or you have made several requests. In this case, I will notify you and keep you updated.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your Personal Data not in accordance with the law, and you are in the EU, you can reach out to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
California Privacy Act

We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
